Privacy

Information collated during the registration process is stored in our customer database only. We will use it to contact you in relation with your order. We do not send newsletter at the moment. For advertising purposes, we will publish a list of our customers and their country on our website. No other information about our customers will be passed to any third parties.

Prices and payment

All prices on this website are all inclusive. Vat is not applicable. We use PayPal for alltransactions on our website. Note that PayPal accept credit and debit cards as bank transfers. We accept cheques under some conditions

We do our best to ensure all information on this site is accurate, however an error can occur. If we discover such an error in the price or the description of the product you have ordered, we will contact you and you will be given the choice to confirm or cancel your order.

Download and refund policy

Each software advertised on this website can be downloaded for an evaluation period. The duration of this trial, usually expressed in days or in number of starts, is clearly stated in the product description. The limitaions of trial version, if any, are also stated. Please note we mainly sell downloadable software, however certain products are available on CD or USB stick .

You can change your mind and cancel your order only between the moment you place your order and just before we send you the authorisation code. When the authorisation code has been sent, we do not accept any refund requests. Please use the free evaluation period to evaluate the software and make your mind up before placing an order. Do not hesitate to contact us to guide you to find the best software depending on your requirements

You will have an opportunity to check and correct any input errors in your order up until you click the Submit Order button. After you submit an order we will give you an Order Reference Number and details of the products you have ordered. We will send the same details to you in an e-mail. Alternatively, we may decline all or part of your order for any reason, in which case a third e-mail will tell you so. We will tell you if your payment details cannot be authorised for any reason and we will try to find another payment mode.

Unless stated otherwise 3D Solutions will provide technical support by email only. The software company support service can also be contacted if needed.

We do not accept any liability or responsibility for the content or operation of websites which are not under our control, even if we provide a link to those websites.

3D Solutions do not accept any responsibility regarding problems that could occur during the utilisation of the software.

Sales on this website can be concluded in English and French only.
